My name is Josh Barry Most of my cover letter covers my tennis history and ability as a coach, also why I should be a good option for an academy hire. I've been a coach for 1 2 years and have been made Head Coach twice (supervisor role). These positions have taught me many things and some transferable skills I can think of : - communication, leadership, organizational, problem-solving skills, seeing the big picture and encouragement (being able to get the best out of people), also known as man-management skills. Administrative Ability Proficient in Microsoft Office I believe that trying something new and transitioning would not only benefit myself (gain more experience and create a new profile of work for me) but also benefit the company I'm applying for ( I can bring new and creative ideas). I'm hard working, trustworthy, dedicated and willing to work from the ground up, put in the hard hours, as well as willing to learn from my mistakes and accept that I will need help. I have worked in hotel and resort companies as well, so have worked with all kinds of people, religions and faiths. I think I would be an asset to the department/company with my ability to be a quick thinker, problem solver and work under pressure. Thank you for your consideration Joah
